Two paths to better sleep. Both options provide basic sleep information, a customized strategy guide for your family, and one-on-one support from me, Lydia Bighouse.

House of Sleep Basics, Customized Strategy Guide, and Email Support
$349

This option provides your family with basic sleep information, along with a personalized strategy guide. Each family has different sleep goals and parenting values. I will interview your family first so that I can support you uniquely. We will then work together through daily check in emails for one week while you teach your child healthy sleep habits.

House of Sleep Basics, Customized Strategy Guide, and Email+Phone Support
$449

This option offers everything in the Email Support Plan. In addition, we will have one phone meeting to discuss the changes suggested for your family, and three phone meetings during the two weeks of implementation of the plan.

  • TWO weeks of one-on-one support

-Daily email check ins​

-One prep phone call (30 minutes) to discuss your plan before implementing it

-Three check in phone calls (30 minutes each) during the two weeks we work together

The Process

Step 1

Fill out the form below and I will get in touch with you to discuss the process and answer any of your questions. We will do this through a free 10 minute phone call or through emails.

Step 2

I will send you a link to a Family Questionnaire. Knowing how you parent, what sleep issue(s) you are facing, what your sleep goals are, what your child is eating, what your child's personality is like, what your daily schedule is, etc. will help me create a plan that works for your family.

Step 3

I will create your Customized Strategy Guide and email it to you along with the House of Sleep Basics. Once you have read your guide, you can email me with questions before you start if you're doing the email only plan. If you are doing the email+phone plan, we will have a 30 minute phone call to discuss your plan before you begin to implement it.

Step 4

Let's start sleeping! You get to use your schedules, routines, and tips. Each day you can send me a log of your child's day. I want to know when your child slept, how long it took them to fall asleep, when and what they ate, how they acted during the day, their response to the changes, etc. I will review your log and send back encouragement, changes we might need to make, explanations, and more. Since each family is unique, we might make tweaks to our plan. However, consistency is also key in helping a child learn new routines. It's a fine line that is hard to follow on your own, so I will be on your team to help you decide what is best for you to help you reach your goals!

Step 5

After 7 days of email support OR 14 days of email+phone support, we will review your progress and make sure you feel prepared to continue on your sleep journey successfully. I will share how to get through sicknesses, vacations, and regressions so you feel ready for the future. It takes each family a different amount of time to reach their goals. You might be exactly where you want to be on our last day together or you might have made progress and possess the important tools and knowledge to work independently now to get where you want to be.
